LIST OF COMPETITIVE EXAMS
1. JEE MAIN - Joint Entrance Examination
The JEEMain examination is one of the highly competitive examinations in India. Approx 12 lakhs students registered every year for the examination. The Ministry of Human Research Department (MHRD), Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the JEE MAIN exam to the National Testing Agency (NTA) from 2019.
Students who are interested to take admission into the NIT, IITs, Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTI) and Central Government Funded Institutes (CFTI) through JEE Main examination. The respective organization every year conducts this examination twice in a year (the month of January and the month of April).
Class
12th (science) or 12th passed out students are eligible
for the examination. there will be a criterion for appearing in this examination. Please

2. JEE ADVANCED – Joint Entrance Examination Advanced
The JEEAdvanced examination is one of the toughest examinations in India. Students who are interested to take admission into IIT or other relevant colleges take participation in this examination. All the colleges offered courses
to take admissions for B. Tech, B. E. / B.Planning, B. Arch, etc.
If
students want to participate in the JEE Advance examination they must have to
qualify JEE Main examination and must have to match as per eligibility criteria. (Foreign eligibility criteria differ) Around
2,50,000 students selected every year to appear for the JEE Advanced
examination.
Jee
Advanced is conducted by one of the seven zonal IITs (IIT Roorkee, IIT
Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, and IIT Guwahati)
under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB).
There
are total of 23 IITs and other few of the relevant colleges participates in this
examinations. JEE Advanced 2019 examination was conducted by IIT Roorkee, Jee
Advanced 2020 examination will be conducted by IIT Delhi and Jee Advanced 2021
will be conducted by IIT Kharagpur.

3. NEET – National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test
The NEET Examination is also a highly competitive and toughest examination in India. Approx
16 Laks students participate in this examination every year. The National
Testing Agency (NTA) is the conducting body of this examination since 2019.
The
students can take admission into Government medical college, Semi-Government
College, private medical college. The colleges offered MBBS/BDS or other
paramedical courses through the NEET examination.
The
Students of class 12th and 12th pass out are eligible for
this examination. There will be criteria to appear NEET examination. Please

4. KVPY – Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana
KVPY
is one of the reputed examinations in India. The students who are
interested to build their career in the research and science field then the KVPY
is the best entrance examination to reach their dream goal.
Kishore
Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY 2020) is a national level fellowship program
for students for pursuing basic science courses and research career in the field
of Basic Sciences. KVPY is conducted by the Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc),
Bangalore.
The
students of class 11th (Science), class 12th (Science)
and Students who are studying Science in the first year of graduation can
appear for this stream.
The
selected candidates will get the fellowship in this examination. Students must
have clear criteria for selection. The selection procedure will be through
aptitude tests and the second will be a personal interview.

5. NTSE – National Talent Search Examination
The NTSE examination is conducted by NCERT on the national level. The most important part of this examination is that the students will get the identification is the “NATIONAL TALENT SEARCH EXAMINATION” certificate by the government.
The student gets a National
Benchmark identification. That means the student has identified by the government those who
are talented on the national level.
The students of class 10th appearing will be eligible for this examination. The NTSE exam has conducted every year in the month of November.
There are two-stage levels of examination. Students have to qualify both the
level eligible for the fellowship.
1st level exam conduct on State level and conducted by State/Union Territory. 2nd level exam conduct on the National level and conducted by NCERT.
National Talent
Search examination follows the NCERT syllabus for Science, Mathematics, Mental
Ability, English, and Social Science.

6. PRMO – Pre-Regional Mathematical Olympiad
The Pre-RMO examination is the first stage of the Indian Mathematical Olympiad. Students who are interested in mathematics and plan to set up career ahead in the mathematic
stream, they should appear for this examination.
The
Students born on or after August 1, 1999, are eligible for the PRMO. Students
studying in class 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th are eligible. And the student must
be a citizen of India.
An apart from PRMO approx 300 students get selected from class 8th, 9th,
10th and 11th and up 60 students get selected from the class
12th for the next level Regional Mathematical Olympiad.

7. RMO – Regional Mathematical Olympiad
The Regional Mathematical Olympiad is the most popular examination in India and well known as RMO exam. The examination level is bitter higher than the PRMO exam.
Students from
class 8th to 12th class may appear for this examination. This examination is a
part of the Mathematical Olympiad.
Students
must have to qualify for the PRMO exam to appear for the RMO examination. The RMO is a
three hours examination with 6 problems. Students have to resolve the problems
in the given appropriate time.

8. IMO – International Mathematical Olympiad
International Mathematical Olympiad is one of the toughest examinations in India. The IMO exam is part of the Mathematical Olympiad. Candidates from class 1st to 12th appearing is eligible for the examination.
The examination
conduct on 2 levels. For the second level examination from 3rd to 12th
appearing students can participate in the exam.
The first level of examination paper will consist of four sections: Logical
Reasoning, Mathematical Reasoning, Everyday Mathematics, and Achiever sections. Students
get the registration from the respective registered school for IMO exams.

9. NSO – National Science Olympiad
The
National Science Olympiad (NSO) examination is a yearly competitive
examination. NSO exam is conducted by the Science Foundation Olympiad (SOF).
The main motive of this examination to promote scientific temperament among
students.
The
examination conduct in two-stage levels exams. Students from class 1st
to 12th appearing are eligible to participate for stage 1
examinations. And from class 3rd to 12th appearing students can participate
in the second level of examinations.
The
top-performing students and schools will be felicitated with awards at the
Zonal level and International level. The students awarded by Gold Medal, Silver
Medal, cash prize and various types of certificates according to their achieved
rank.

10. NSEJS – National Standard Examination in Junior Science
The National Standard Examination in Junior Science (NSEJS) is one of the well known prestigious examinations in India. This examination has organized by the Indian Association of Physics Teacher IAP.
The main purpose of this examination to conduct is to identify students who have high aptitude in a science subject. This science Olympiad examination has a total of four-level exams and NSEJS is one of them.
The students who are appearing in class 10th or equivalent of class 10th grade are eligible to appear in this examination. Approx 90,000 students participate in this examination.
Top
300 students will be selected for the next level International Junior Science
Olympiad (INJSO). Generally, the NSEJS examination registration stars from the month of August to September, and the examination conduct in the month of
November.

11. IJSO – International Junior Science Olympiad
The
International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) is a science competitive
examination. The main objective of this examination to encourage students for
science and exposing them to problem-solving, experimentation, and critical
thinking.
This examination is the final level of the Science Olympiad. Around 50 countries participate
in this examination and take alternatively responsibility to conduct this
examination. This year 2021 IJSO has been scheduled to conduct in the United
Arab Emirates in 20221!
The main important part of this examination is to experience peoples from different
countries will interact with the students. The IJSO examination generally
scheduled in the month of December.
